Edel is [targeting next week for EDEL holders to stake their tokens and earn Canton Coin](https://x.com/edeldotfinance/status/2106344259922391476). Its October 3 announcement sets a more explicit participation window for a programme that was already on its roadmap.

The [October 1 update](https://x.com/edeldotfinance/status/2105628144455598405) had outlined CC yield, lower trading fees and reward multipliers for EDEL stakers, with tiers and participation details due the following week. The newer post goes further by placing staking itself in that window.

The planned rewards are tied to Edel’s activity on Canton. The latest update describes Canton as both infrastructure and a revenue source for the project, with staking intended to route part of that revenue to holders.
