Kora's October 5 trading update puts its [24-hour volume above $7 million](https://x.com/Kora_Protocol/status/2107060161659437494) on Canton.

Trading volume measures the value exchanged over a period. It is different from the assets held on a platform and does not show how much traders earned.

The snapshot follows Kora's September expansion of its USDCx markets. [CC/USDCx opened on September 16](https://x.com/Kora_Protocol/status/2100345967283257618), followed a day later by [gold and silver tokens eXAU and eXAG](https://x.com/Kora_Protocol/status/2100659949814640780) against the same stablecoin. Those markets use an order book, where buy and sell orders are matched.

The October 5 post gives one volume total without a breakdown by trading pair. It is a dated snapshot provided by Kora, not a live reading or an independently audited figure.
