Cantex

Swaps, liquidity pools and developer integrations on Canton.

Cantex is a Canton trading application offering swaps and liquidity pools for supported assets. Its developer tooling includes connection documentation and a published SDK for integrating application workflows.

Background

Cantex is developed by CaviarNine, a fintech team with deep roots in both traditional finance and decentralized ecosystems. Founders Chris Colman and Oliver Scott-Simons each spent over a decade in investment banking, specializing in derivatives and systematic trading at major global institutions. After transitioning into crypto, the team built successful DeFi products on public ledgers — including decentralized exchanges, perpetuals, and liquid staking solutions — before committing fully to Canton.

Key Benefits

  • Swaps for supported Canton assets
  • Market-specific liquidity pools
  • Published wallet-connection guide
  • SDK integration resources

Why Canton

Canton's unique architecture — purpose-built for institutional finance — supports privacy-preserving transactions aligned with regulatory expectations, efficient settlement, and connections across previously siloed financial systems. This makes it the ideal foundation for a professional trading platform that must prioritize both performance and confidentiality.

What Makes It Unique

Cantex was built by a team that has operated at the highest levels of both traditional and decentralized finance. The result is a platform that does not ask participants to trade institutional-quality infrastructure for decentralization — it delivers both. Privacy-preserving execution, atomic settlement through the Global Synchronizer, and a professional interface designed for serious capital distinguish Cantex from the field.

What's Included

Trading and liquidity

Users can swap supported assets and provide liquidity where pools are available. Pool composition, liquidity, fees and LP-token requirements are specific to each market.

Developer tooling

The connection guide and Cantex SDK are published resources, not merely future roadmap items. Developers should follow current wallet, transaction and integration requirements.

Asset availability

Tokenized products and new market announcements are separate from a currently tradable pool. Confirm the live market and instrument terms before describing an announced asset as available.

Official Resources

Impact

Cantex helps Canton develop deeper on-chain liquidity and price discovery. A strong exchange layer makes every other asset, wallet, bridge, and DeFi app in the ecosystem easier to use.

Yields & Earning Opportunities

Liquidity-provider returns depend on pool fees, activity, eligibility and risk. Any trading rebates are subject to current programme terms; this profile does not promise a daily amount or a fixed payout schedule.

Yields are set by the project, change often and are not guaranteed. This is not financial advice. Crypto assets carry risk, so do your own research before depositing funds.

Active Campaigns & Incentives

Check the Cantex application for current trading incentives, rebate rules and liquidity-provider eligibility. Historical rates and payout schedules should not be treated as ongoing offers.
