Hardware self-custody with native Canton Coin support.
Cypherock X1 supports native Canton Coin management through hardware signing and the cySync application. Key material is split between the X1 Vault and four cards. A signing key is generated temporarily in Vault memory, used to sign and then deleted rather than stored whole in persistent memory.
Background
Cypherock was built to solve the most persistent problem in self-custody: seed phrase loss and theft. Key material is split across the X1 Vault and four cards. A signing key is reconstructed temporarily in Vault memory for signing, then deleted. Keep the required hardware components secure.
Getting started
Hardware purchase, cySync download and account setup are separate steps. Native CC support does not establish compatibility with every Canton token or application.
