French crypto platform Coinhouse has added Canton Coin to its supported assets, giving customers a way to buy CC with euros.

Coinhouse announced the addition on September 1 alongside the lending protocol Morpho. Its updated list of supported assets now includes both among the cryptocurrencies added in 2026.

Customers can buy CC in euros and hold it in their Coinhouse account. Once there, it can also be sold or exchanged for another asset available through the service.

Canton Coin is the native utility token of the Global Synchronizer. It is used to pay for network activity and forms part of the reward system for infrastructure operators. Its arrival on Coinhouse gives existing customers access to CC without opening an account with another provider.

Coinhouse is authorised as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider under the European Union’s MiCA framework. Its authorisation was issued by France’s AMF under number A2026-013 and carries passporting rights across other European Union jurisdictions.

At launch, CC is available as an on-platform asset. Coinhouse’s transfer documentation lists a smaller group of assets that can be sent to or received from external wallets, and CC is not among them.

Customers can buy, hold, sell and exchange CC inside Coinhouse, but cannot currently deposit CC from or withdraw it to an external wallet.

The addition places Canton Coin inside a MiCA-authorised European crypto service and gives customers a straightforward route to buy it with euros.
