How to unlock your Mainnet invite codes

First of all, go to Referral section at app.ekiden.fi/referral. When you first open the Invite Codes section, no codes are available yet. To unlock one, you need to generate $1,000 in your own trading volume in Mainnet.

For every $1,000 traded, you earn one Mainnet invite code, with a current limit of 50 codes.

This is the same type of access code used to enter the gated Ekiden Mainnet. Once you unlock a code, you can give it to another trader so they can get access too.

Your referral link is separate from your Mainnet invite codes. The referral link is available in the Referral Hub and can be shared right away. It tracks the users who join through you, while invite codes unlock access to the exchange.

1. Earn XP from your referrals

Your referrals can increase the XP you earn on Mainnet.

When users in your referral network trade and earn XP, a percentage of that XP is credited to you based on their level in your network:

Level 1 → 15%

Level 2 → 10%

Level 3 → 5%

Level 1 is someone you invited directly. Level 2 is someone invited by your Level 1 referral. Level 3 is one level deeper.

So your referral network can keep contributing to your XP as it grows, even beyond the traders you invited yourself.

2. Earn affiliate commissions from referral trading

Referral activity can also generate affiliate commissions.

When your referrals trade, you receive a share of the trading fees generated by their activity. The current affiliate structure shown in the dashboard is:

Level 1 → 40%

Level 2 → 10%

Your affiliate dashboard tracks pending commission, lifetime paid, downline size, and downline trading volume. Commissions are tracked and paid in USDCx.

The more active your network is, the more opportunity you have to earn from both referral XP and affiliate commissions.

3. Your referrals can build their own network too

The referral system keeps working as your network grows.

A trader you invite can also invite other traders. Those users become your Level 2 referrals. If they invite someone else, that user becomes Level 3 for you.

At the same time, every trader sees the network from their own position. Someone who is Level 2 for you can still build their own Level 1 network and earn the full Level 1 rewards from the people they invite directly.

For you, the reward depends on how deep that trader sits in your network:

XP: 15% / 10% / 5% across Levels 1–3.

Affiliate commissions: 40% / 10% / 0% across Levels 1–3.

This makes the program useful beyond a single invite. An active referral can grow their own network while still adding value to yours.

4. Share your PnL and grow your referral network

Start sharing your PnL on X as part of your normal trading routine.

When you share a PnL card, use the referral sharing option so your referral link is included with the post. Anyone who signs up to Ekiden through that referral link is attributed to your network.

If those users trade, their activity can contribute to your referral XP and, where applicable, your affiliate commissions under the same level structure above.

It’s a simple way to turn the trades you’re already sharing into another channel for growing your referral network.
