Featured App Locking

CIP-0116requires featured apps to lock Canton Coin to keep their featured status — 5M CC per app provider, 25M CC per asset issuer. This is the Foundation review dashboard: the app list and requirements come from the Foundation’s register, wallet balances are read live from Canton mainnet.
