Titan’s privacy policy describes Canton account identifiers and settlement records as part of its infrastructure. Canton’s selective disclosure model fits the project’s emphasis on keeping financial activity visible to the relevant participants rather than broadcasting every detail publicly. That does not mean the service holds no user information: the policy also describes operational, authentication and security records.

Titan identifies Titan Labs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as the operator in its website terms. Those terms distinguish the informational website and waitlist from the separate trading application. The website itself does not accept deposits or orders, and any application access is subject to its own terms and eligibility requirements.
