The past few days changed the @ZenithFdn narrative
First, the EVM testnet went live, opening Canton’s institutional rails to Ethereum developers without forcing them to abandon the tooling they already know.
Solidity, MetaMask, Foundry, Hardhat the familiar stack can now interact with Canton through Zenith.
But the main point is what’s being built around it.
Zenith’s atomic composability means an EVM application doesn’t have to live in isolation from Canton-native assets and workflows.
A transaction can coordinate both sides atomically rather than relying on a bridge, or hoping two independent transactions complete successfully.
Zenith has already demonstrated this with atomic swaps between a Canton-native asset and an ERC-20.
Then came another important piece;
Kaiko’s institutional grade Data On-Ramp is now live on the Zenith testnet.
That gives builders access to regulated reference rates,
Multi-asset pricing and auditable market data directly inside Solidity applications.
That's exactly the kind of infrastructure needed for tokenized assets, lending, collateral management and other financial applications.
And this is happening alongside Zenith’s involvement in the DTCC where it is participating with 100+ firms working around institutional tokenization.
So the progression over these few days feels very much bigger
>> Zenith launched a testnet.
It's more like,
EVM access to Canton
Composability to institutional
Data to tokenization infrastructure.
That is the part I'm paying more attention.
Zenith makes Ethereum’s developer ecosystem interact natively with the financial infrastructure being built on Canton
It’s connecting programmable applications with RWA and settlement.
And the public testnet is where that thesis starts becoming something developers can actually build on.
