HackCanton Season 3 has reached 95 teams and 58 projects as builders prepare their final submissions. AppsFactory’s October 8 update lists 20 projects submitted for judging, up from 12 a day earlier.

Eight teams submitted in the past 24 hours, while six new projects joined the competition. Teams have until October 9 at 23:59 UTC to complete their submissions before judging begins.

Projects highlighted in the October 7 update include Ledgerline, which is working on analytics for institutional Canton users, and Symbolon, a project exploring private financing arrangements backed by tokenized assets. Both are hackathon entries being developed during the competition.

AppsFactory will hold a closing ceremony stream on October 9 at 12:00 UTC, or 9 p.m. in Korea. Teams can continue submitting their work after the livestream, up to the 23:59 UTC deadline.

The five-week online programme brings solo builders and teams together to develop applications for Canton, with up to $50,000 in cash and credits available.

The competition schedule places judging between October 10 and 18, followed by finalist announcements on October 19. Selected teams will then take part in the Grand Final on October 21.

The latest figures are available in AppsFactory’s October 8 update, with closing ceremony details in the official Canton Forum announcement.
