Cancore says its USDCx-on-Canton and USDC-on-Ethereum route is now live, adding a new stablecoin-liquidity route to its platform.

In its August 12 announcement, the company said the route moves stablecoin liquidity between Canton and Ethereum through one atomic settlement flow. Cancore says the assets remain with their respective counterparties until settlement completes.

USDCx is a USDC-backed stablecoin available on Canton through Circle xReserve. In its original launch announcement, Circle said USDCx gives developers and users access to cross-chain USDC liquidity and is interoperable with USDC across supported chains.

The live route on Cancore pairs USDCx on Canton with USDC on Ethereum. Cancore says more pairs are planned; for now, the platform has one USDCx–USDC route live.
