Every product decision Send makes starts with the same question:
What infrastructure gives our users the best experience?
Sometimes that means speed or lower costs. Increasingly, it also means privacy. While much of crypto has focused on consumer-first blockchains, Canton took a different path, building privacy. By the time retail users started asking what Canton was, the network had already earned credibility with many of the world’s largest financial institutions.
Send saw an opportunity to bring consumer products onto infrastructure purpose-built for private, institutional-grade finance.
The goal is to make the benefits of Canton accessible, familiar, and useful for retail users.
A Commitment to Canton
In August 2025, Send expanded its presence on @CantonNetwork by operating a second validator, taking an active role in the network’s security and settlement infrastructure. It marked a deeper commitment to the network Send believes will underpin the next generation of digital finance.
As Send’s presence on Canton grew, programs like Pool Party rewards and the Send Canton Wallet drip campaign helped introduce users to the ecosystem and reward early participation.
Building the Consumer Layer on Canton
Send is building the products people need to save, send, swap, and securely manage digital money on Canton.
Today, that includes:
- Send Canton Wallet - a passkey-first wallet on Canton Network for holding, sending, receiving, and bridging assets with confidential transactions by default. It also serves as the entry point to the broader Send ecosystem on Canton.
- Send Safe - built into Canton Wallet, Send Safe brings multi-signature security to Canton, allowing individuals, teams, and treasuries to protect assets through approval-based custody instead of relying on a single key.
- Pool Party - Send’s decentralized exchange on Canton, allowing users to swap assets, provide liquidity, and bridge USDC directly from within Canton Wallet.
- Asset Relayer - bridges supported assets such as SEND, USDC, cbBTC, and frxUSD between Base and Canton, creating a direct path for retail users into the Canton ecosystem without leaving Send.
- Send Connect - a browser extension that connects users to Canton dApps with passkey authentication, while giving developers a native wallet provider for building on the network.
Rather than asking users to assemble their own Canton experience across multiple wallets, bridges, and applications, Send is building a connected product ecosystem for its users.
What’s Next
Several major initiatives are already shaping the next phase of the ecosystem:
- Digital Cards - bringing stablecoin spending closer to the same products people already use to save, send, and manage their money.
- Continued integration between Send and Canton - creating a more connected experience while preserving the strengths of each network.
- A revamped rewards program - evolving beyond early bootstrapping incentives toward a model that rewards long-term participation and meaningful product usage.
- Ongoing improvements across onboarding, user experience, and Canton-native products -making privacy-first finance more accessible without increasing complexity.
As Canton Network continues to evolve, so will the products built on top of it, bringing more privacy, more utility, and more ways to use digital money without asking users to think about the infrastructure underneath.
We’re just getting started.
