Whether you are a whale or retail $CC holder, converting your $CC holdings into $wCC facilitates mature yield opportunities on BSC. If you are looking to earn a higher APY on your $wCC, you might provide liquidity to the $wCC/$USDT Pancakeswap pool to generate extra yield.
Follow our step-by-step guide to adding liquidity on PancakeSwap:
- Navigate to the official pancakeswap page: https://pancakeswap.finance
- Find the Earn tab at the top menu, and select Farm/Liquidity.
Connect wallet at the top right-hand corner.
Click Connect and approve the wallet prompt.
Choose the BNB Chain interface.
Search $wCC, then choose the USDT / wCC pool, click Add Liquidity.
- The 5% narrow range: The liquidity is active in a tight price band. This helps the liquidity provider earn high fees, but the liquidity might go out of range quickly.
- The 10% common range: It covers reasonable market movements. Good fee rewards, and liquidity stays active in most moderate market conditions.
- The 20% wide range: Lower fee earnings, the liquidity is active with a bigger price range. The liquidity won’t go out of range easily, making it ideal for passive liquidity providers.
- Full range: The liquidity is active at all times, from zero to infinity. It is safe and simple, but the least efficient way to earn fees.
In this guide, we select the 5% narrow range as an example. Then, Input the amount in the number bar on the right panel. Double check your minimum and maximum price range on the screen before confirming.
A wallet pop up notification for you to confirm the liquidity position, confirm by clicking the Add button.
You will be able to check your liquidity position clicking the Pool Details, then My Position tab.
You might choose to reduce or remove your liquidity position according to market conditions or your investment appetite.
On the My Position tab, hover the mouse to the minus button, and a withdrawal prompt will pop up. You can drag the percentage bar or click on the percentage sub-buttons to decide partial or total liquidity withdrawal.
