Twelve organisations have received allocations for Canton MainNet validator nodes, including Utila, BitSafe and Sats Terminal. Each organisation is listed for one node.

An allocation comes after the initial approval to become a validator operator. It is the next step toward joining Canton’s production network. The notice, published on September 9 UTC, identifies this as the September 7 allocation batch.

The full group is SEA CAPITAL, Aqua-Index Holdings Corp., Velvet Silage, Aqvero Labs, Ceres Ag Capital Ltd, Sats Terminal, Techmonk, Tinkerrer Apps LLP, OneNov, Utila, Bitsafe and Cantield Labs Inc.

Under Canton’s onboarding process, approved operators complete their technical setup and request a MainNet allocation. Sponsors then provide the credentials needed for onboarding once an allocation has been granted.

The published process sets capacity at 50 MainNet validators per week, with priority given to projects that have working applications on development or test networks and are ready for production.
