Canton Foundation Head Viv Diwakar is listed among the speakers for Bitcoin Seoul 2026, placing Canton inside a wider regional discussion on on-chain finance, tokenized assets and digital market infrastructure.

The official Bitcoin Seoul website says the event will take place on June 4–5, 2026, at FKI Tower in Seoul. The site describes Bitcoin Seoul 2026 as “Asia’s Flagship Blockchain Conference.”

Bitcoin Seoul’s agenda spans Bitcoin, stablecoins, real-world assets, artificial intelligence and the broader blockchain market. Those themes sit close to Canton’s focus on privacy-enabled infrastructure, interoperable applications and tokenized assets for institutional finance.

Seoul Economic Daily reported that Bitcoin Seoul 2026 will open with a panel titled “The Transition of Finance: How Assets Move On-Chain.” The session is expected to feature Diwakar alongside CK Ong, CEO of SBI Digital Markets, and John Cahill, COO for Asia Pacific at Galaxy Digital.

That panel gives Canton a relevant stage. The subject is not general crypto speculation, but the movement of financial assets onto blockchain networks — a topic directly connected to Canton’s positioning around institutional settlement, privacy and regulated financial workflows.

The official speaker list also includes CK Ong of SBI Digital Markets, Asheesh Birla of Evernorth, John Cahill of Galaxy Digital, Jason Fang of Sora Ventures, Fisher Yu of Babylon Labs and Youngjoon Yoo of South Korea’s Financial Services Commission.

Seoul Economic Daily reported that more than 50 global Web3 leaders are expected to attend, with programming focused on stablecoins, real-world assets and the convergence of blockchain and AI. The publication also said Bitcoin Seoul 2026 will examine AI payments, as blockchain and stablecoins are increasingly discussed as infrastructure for real-time automated transactions.

For Canton, the timing is useful. Institutional blockchain debates are moving past broad claims about tokenization and toward more practical questions: how assets settle, how privacy is preserved, how applications interoperate and how regulated financial institutions participate.

Bitcoin Seoul 2026 places Canton Foundation in a conversation where tokenization, stablecoins, AI and on-chain finance are expected to dominate the agenda. That is the story: Canton’s presence in a discussion that increasingly overlaps with the network’s core design priorities.
