Kaiko Deploys First Institutional-Grade Oracle on Zenith Testnet, Canton's Native EVM Extension

Ethereum applications deployed on Zenith gain regulated, multi-asset pricing data from Kaiko, the institutional data provider already trusted across Canton, Hyperliquid, and Wall Street's own Bloomberg Terminal.

Kaiko, the global independent leader in digital asset market data and onchain data infrastructure, has deployed its Data On-Ramp oracle on Zenith, Canton Network's native EVM and SVM extension. Live on Zenith's Testnet now, with full production planned at Zenith Mainnet, it is the first institutional-grade oracle available to developers building on Zenith, giving EVM applications on Canton the same regulated, multi-asset pricing data institutions already rely on off-chain.

Canton settles more than $9 trillion a month across more than 700 active institutional participants. As Zenith has opened that infrastructure for the first time to Ethereum developers, the range of applications being built there is expanding fast: lending markets, collateral facilities, tokenized assets, derivatives. Every one of them depends on one thing underneath: trusted, verifiable pricing data. Kaiko's oracle is built to be that layer.

Kaiko's Data On-Ramp oracle integrates directly into Solidity (followed by Rust) smart contracts, offering both a request-response and a pull model, with feeds spanning digital assets and traditional instruments, including BMR-regulated reference rates, each with a full audit trail. For developers, that means collateral management, lending, tokenized assets, and perpetual futures can go live on Zenith without having to build or vet a data layer of their own.

“Oracle data is the bedrock of every meaningful onchain financial application. Without a truly reputable and trustworthy oracle, an entire ecosystem’s health and robustness can collapse in a second. That’s why we partner exclusively with institutional-grade infrastructure, and Kaiko stands among the very few that meet our standards and has withstood the tests of time. Its deployment on Zenith testnet delivers regulated data feeds from day one of mainnet,” said Heslin Kim, Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at Zenith. “EVM builders can now launch collateral management, lending, tokenized assets, and perpetual futures on Zenith with absolute confidence in the data driving them.”

Kaiko brings a longer track record on Canton than most new deployments. The company joined Canton as a Super Validator in June 2025 and has since built out oracle infrastructure on Canton MainNet, FCA-regulated FX benchmarks through its NCFX collaboration, and an on-chain data initiative with Bloomberg covering tokenized U.S. Treasuries and repo workflows. Its Data On-Ramp oracles, first built for Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Hyperledger Besu, now also run on Hyperliquid and Stellar, with Zenith the latest network added. Kaiko's own research and market data already run on the Bloomberg Terminal, used by more than 200 financial institutions.

Ambre Soubiran, CEO at Kaiko, said: "Zenith represents a fundamental step in bringing the Ethereum developer ecosystem to institutional blockchain infrastructure. EVM compatibility allows developers to deploy familiar smart contracts and use established tools, libraries, and workflows on Canton, while benefiting from its privacy, permissioning, and institutional-grade settlement capabilities. Deploying the first institutional oracle on Zenith continues our commitment to building the data layer that makes Canton's infrastructure accessible for the full range of financial applications being built there."

Kaiko's oracle is live on Zenith's Testnet today, with production deployment planned for Zenith Mainnet launch. Developers can find integration details at kaiko.com/data-infrastructure/data-on-ramp.

About Zenith

Zenith is an EVM and SVM execution layer for Canton Network, giving developers a way to deploy Ethereum-compatible applications that interact directly with Canton's privacy-preserving infrastructure. Through Zenith EVM and Zenith Stack, institutions and developers can bring existing Solidity applications on-chain without building new infrastructure from scratch. Zenith is a registered Canton Super Validator and is scheduled to roll out to Canton MainNet as part of the upcoming Canton 3.6 release. Zenith also participates in Progmat's Tokenized JGB / On-Chain Repo Working Group in Japan and a leading industry working group shaping U.S. Treasury tokenization.
