Mirae Asset Securities among 60 approved Canton validator operators

Canton’s latest validator approvals include Mirae Asset Securities, Ankr Labs and Rome Protocol. MainNet access follows a separate allocation process.

Mirae Asset Securities is among 60 organisations approved to operate Canton validators in the September 30 batch. Ankr Labs and Coin Vesting, which operates as Rome Protocol, are also included.

Mirae Asset Securities’ application sets out plans to participate directly in Canton infrastructure and support institutional activity on the network. Its inclusion advances the application to the approved stage.

MainNet access comes next through a separate allocation process. The approval notice sets capacity at 50 validators a week, with allocations processed on Wednesdays. Projects with working builds ready to move from development or testing into production receive priority.

Operators then complete network access checks and coordinate onboarding with their Super Validator sponsor. They can run their own infrastructure or use a deployment partner.

This batch approves validator operators, with each still responsible for completing the steps needed to bring its node online.
