Noves is taking its Canton-focused institutional meetings to Tokyo after its Seoul visit. The October 3 announcement sets out plans to meet financial institutions and digital asset infrastructure partners in Japan.

The discussions will focus on Canton research and evaluation, deployment design and partnerships. Noves is also arranging private meetings to discuss proofs of concept and the design of production systems.

On October 5, the team plans to join Pacific Meta’s Blockchain Summit 2026 Autumn at Otemachi Sankei Plaza in Tokyo. The programme includes representatives from Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Mizuho Bank, Mitsui & Co. and Nomura Holdings, with sessions on stablecoin payments, tokenized assets and government bonds.

The practical focus is connecting onchain activity to existing financial systems while retaining privacy, institutional controls and usable financial records. Noves develops data infrastructure for operations, reporting and compliance.
