T-RIZE Group Corporation has appointed Omar C. Bermudez as Product Director, bringing in a product leadership veteran as the Canadian institutional tokenization firm moves into a more structured phase of growth.

Bermudez will lead the development of T-RIZE's product function across its core lines, including its tokenization product portfolio and its Decentralized Risk Modeling Infrastructure. His mandate covers product vision, roadmap governance, prioritization processes, and coordination across engineering, compliance, legal, operations, business development, and commercial teams. He will report to Rémi Richard, Chief Operating Officer.

Bermudez brings more than two decades of experience across product leadership, platform architecture, artificial intelligence, and regulated technology environments. Most recently, he spent more than five years at McKinsey and Company as a Digital Product Lead and Expert, working on enterprise AI platforms, decision-support systems, and cross-border digital transformation programmes. Before McKinsey, he held senior product roles at Pyxis and Rebelia, working on international B2B2C ecosystems and complex platform architecture.

"Omar joins T-RIZE at a defining moment," said Madani Boukalba, Founder, CEO and Chairman. "What we are building is not a marginal project. It is infrastructure designed to serve institutional markets, with the standards of rigor, security, governance, and execution those markets require."

T-RIZE is a Canadian financial technology company focused on institutional tokenization infrastructure for digital securities, structured products, private credit, and real-world asset issuance.
