Nano Labs Ltd. has been approved to join Canton Network as a validator node.
The company will operate dedicated node infrastructure and take part in network operations and ecosystem development. Its infrastructure will support institutional digital asset applications operating across Canton.
The approval followed a review through Canton’s governance framework. According to the announcement, the process assessed Nano Labs’ technical capabilities, operational standards and compliance requirements.
Nano Labs expects its participation to create opportunities to work with financial institutions, market infrastructure providers and technology companies. The company identified digital asset settlement, institutional financial services and on-chain asset management as potential areas of development.
The validator approval forms part of Nano Labs’ wider strategy across digital asset infrastructure, blockchain technology and the digital economy.
Nano Labs is listed on Nasdaq under the ticker NA. The company provides Web3 infrastructure and technology solutions and also operates a crypto treasury business.
