T-RIZE Locks 30M $CC Across Two Canton Featured Apps
T-RIZE has announced that it has locked 30,000,000 $CC across two Featured Apps on Canton Network in compliance with CIP-0116.
The allocation comprises 25,000,000 $CC for the Tokenization Featured App, classified as an Asset Issuer, and 5,000,000 $CC for the Risk Analytics & Decentralized ML/FL Featured App, classified as a Non-Issuer.
Funding a Featured App position
Under CIP-0116, Featured App status is no longer presented as a designation. It is a position that must be funded and defended, with locked capital required both to enter and to hold it.
The 30 million $CC commitment is set at the level required by T-RIZE’s pipeline.
That position places the company inside Canton’s core Featured Application reward economy, where rewards are tied directly to the real activity generated by an application.
Issuance, risk analytics and decentralized machine learning each produce that activity. The more institutional throughput the applications drive, the more the structure returns.
Throughput must be qualified
But throughput is not granted. It is qualified.
Every asset that reaches issuance through the applications must first clear a structuring and qualification standard covering eligibility, collateral logic, covenants, disclosures and governance.
Most assets do not clear that standard. Those that do are institutionally deployable by construction, making the resulting activity real and the rewards durable rather than incidental.
Capacity built for future volume
This is where the model compounds.
Qualified issuance concentrates activity into a narrow set of workflows, while the economic layer powering those workflows scales with everything they carry.
The capacity locked is sized for the volume those standards are built to admit, rather than the volume currently on the network.
The objective is to structure that upside in a balanced way, allowing rewards generated by the Featured Apps to reinforce the wider network through application growth, issuer activity, user participation and long-term utility.
“We did not buy a label. We funded a position, set the bar to enter it, and aligned our economics with the activity that clears it.”
“The market follows the plumbing.”
